What we collect

When you fill in a contact, tour or valuation form we collect the name, email, phone and message you type, plus the page you sent it from and the property you were looking at.

We do not ask for financial information anywhere on this site.

Why we collect it

To answer you and to assign your enquiry to an agent of the brokerage. If you arrived through an agent's own website, your enquiry is assigned to that agent.

Who we share it with

With the agent handling your enquiry, and with the systems the brokerage uses to run it, such as our customer relationship manager. We do not sell your data and we do not share it for anyone else's advertising.

Cookies and analytics

The site uses the cookies needed for it to work and to remember your language. Maps and property photos are loaded from third parties who may see your IP address.

Your choices

You can ask us to stop contacting you, or to delete what we hold about you, by writing to us from the contact page. We will confirm when it is done.

Children

This site is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Calls, texts and how to stop them

When you submit a form you agree that Easy Real Estate USA and the agent handling your enquiry may contact you at the number you gave us by phone, text message and email, including through automated dialling systems and prerecorded or artificial voice messages. Consent is not a condition of buying or renting anything: you can ask us for the same information by calling 786-281-6026 or writing to andy@andyzamudio.com.

Standard message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text message to stop receiving them, or use the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any email. Tell us if your number changes, so we do not keep calling someone who never asked to hear from us.

We ask that the number you give us is your own.

What we never do with your phone number

We do not sell personal information, and we have not sold any. Your phone number is not shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing, and your consent to receive text messages from us is never transferred to anyone else. There is no lender, no partner and no advertising network on the other end of these forms.

The only companies that touch your data are the ones that make the site run -- the platform that stores the enquiry and the service that delivers the emails -- and they may only use it to provide that service to us.

Your rights over your information

You may ask what we hold about you, ask for a copy, or ask us to delete it. Write to andy@andyzamudio.com or call 786-281-6026 and we will answer within forty-five days. If we need longer we will tell you why.

We may need to keep some of it to finish something you asked for, to meet a legal obligation, or to keep a record of a transaction -- the law requires a brokerage to retain those.

Asking us any of this costs nothing and changes nothing about how you are treated.

Links to other sites

This site links to other places -- a map, a virtual tour, an agent's social account. Once you follow one of those links you are on someone else's site, under their privacy policy and not this one. It is worth reading theirs.

Where this site is meant to be used

This site is aimed at people looking for property in South Florida and is not directed at residents of the European Union or the United Kingdom. We do not knowingly collect information from people in those territories through this site.
